How do I need to verify my order?

Our system automatically processes all orders to prevent and combat fraud and stolen credit cards. If your order has been marked as fraud and you have been asked to verify your order, this is solely for your security to ensure that no one has hijacked your information and placed an order in your name.

When the order is marked as fraud, you are not able to log in to your account (make new orders or pay any invoices) and receive an email “Regarding service order” in your email inbox.

It asks for you to send a copy of your document. So you can send the document in that email or contact our technical team via chat or email – [email protected].
