Enter the VPN server’s IP address or hostname, username and password. Make sure that you have selected to Show VPN status on the Menu bar and then press Apply. On the Menu bar, you can now see a new icon. Click on it and then select Connect VPN. Once it’s connected, you’ll see a timer starting. And that’s it, your VPN connection is good and ready!

Do you save logs for VPN?

We only save logs which is necessary for bandwidth calculation. It does not include any data of your browsing.

Do you support other protocols than L2TP/OpenVPN?

No.

Can I increase the number of connection for the package?

Yes you can upgrade your whole package to bigger one.
